Motivational Interviewing Coaching Session (2-Day)

Objective: To provide personalized feedback and coaching, refining MI skills towards professional excellence.

Content:

• Receive individualized feedback on your MI practice from experienced trainers using the MITI coding framework.

• Cultivate a safe atmosphere for mutual practice and interactive feedback among participants to enhance their MI application.

• Be aware of important tips and potential challenges in our MI practices.

Features:

Day 1 Workshop: Participants will engage in brief summaries of MI and the MITI coding framework, followed by group practices
that include both role-play and real-play scenarios.

Day 2 Workshop: Activities will consist of paired role-play and real-play exercises conducted in front of the group. Participants
will receive and exchange feedback with both peers and trainers, enhancing their learning experience and skill
application.
